Who we are
Triple Helix Capital Ltd is an Investment Management Company established in the DIFC as Private Company under the Companies Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2018, with registered number 5563, and licensed by the DFSA (License number F007419) which allows it to operate in a highly reputable jurisdiction whilst offering its investors the right protections under clear and tested investment guidelines and governance.
The Company acts as the investment manager of a DIFC-based QIF Fund pursuant to an Investment Management Agreement that allows it to enter, on behalf of the Fund, into transactions to acquire, manage, restructure, and divest portfolio assets. The Company’s objective is to generate value for the Fund’s shareholders, investors and limited partners through investing in attractive opportunities that become available at a discount to their long-term market value or present a special situation opportunity: liquidity-constrain, M&A, downgrade, regulatory process, litigation, arbitrage, pre-IPO, etc.
Triple Helix Capital focuses on a certain number of sectors where it believes it has an edge in sourcing the right opportunities at the right valuations, primarily in the digital healthcare, biotech, education and technology sectors. This is supported by the Company’s strong links to sovereign wealth funds, global financial institutions, and leading regional family groups which will be the source of idea generation, investment capital, and political support. It will also provide the opportunity for involvement in larger “clubbed” deals without risking a disproportionate percentage of its assets. In addition, the key men of the Company have (1) strong ties to the GCC establishment, (2) extensive executive experience as leaders in the Healthcare/Education/R&D innovation sectors, (3) are former Private Equity & Venture Capital and Ecosystem development specialists and have worked on city strategies, investment promotion and setting up incubators throughout the MENA region.

Our Value Proposition
We are revolutionizing investments by defining a different deal philosophy, and maximizing the long-term impact on the ecosystem
- The region’s aging population is exposed to chronic diseases. Low self-sufficiency and several unmet needs (safe birth, water, food, vaccines) weaken its strategic position and threatens its national security.
- We solve for the unmet needs of the region whilst generating economic return for our investors and benefit the broader ecosystem through high-value jobs creation and measurable long-term social and health impact
- We have the background, proven track record and the vision to succeed: the key men of the Company have strong ties to the GCC establishment, extensive executive experience as leaders in the Healthcare and Biotech R&D sectors, and are former Private Equity, Venture Capital & Ecosystem development specialists
- We operate in a highly regulated environment out of the DIFC and we leverage a global network of experts in the sourcing of special opportunities, All our target companies are built on platform technologies (as opposed to single product/application) and are supported by AI
- The timing is opportune: worldwide, growing fears of a global recession have resulted in a drop in venture funding across sectors. We aim to take advantage of low valuations and start-up fundraising difficulties by investing in high-potential companies at a bargain.
